The Ball-Sellers House 2020 season begins today! The Northern Virginia Relics Hunters Association will display items they have found in Arlington and answer your questions about what you might find! Travel back to Virginia’s colonial era and visit the oldest existing house in the county as we begin our 2020 season.  Free tours of the house and colonial era sweet treats.

When AHS received the house built by John and Elizabeth Ball in the mid-1700s from the owner, Marion Sellers in 1975, AHS refurbished it to the condition it would have been in during the Ball era. That means no electricity, heat, or plumbing, so we close every winter. The first Saturday in April we reopen and invite you to help celebrate this house with special guests. Join us!

We are open for free tours every Saturday (weather permitting) from April through October from 1- 4 pm. The house is located at 5620 3rd Street, South in Arlington.

Throughout our season we’ll also have special events. If you would like a special tour free for your family, school group, organization, or business contact AHS email at info@arlingtonhistoricalsociety.org
