The Arlington Historical Society will participate in the nationwide memorial to COVID-19 victims on January 19 at 5:30 pm.
In a national moment of unity and remembrance, our historic Hume School bell will ring out and the building will be illuminated from within to coincide with the lighting ceremony at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool that will honor the lives of the more than 300,000 Americans and the nearly two million from around the world who have died from the disease.
If you plan to join us outside the building, wear a mask and practice safe distancing. The building will not be open to the public inside.
